Can I return my equipment if I change my mind?
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy. The item must be in its original packaging and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Is assembly required upon delivery?
Our reformers arrive 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to attach the risers, shoulder rests, and footbar, which typically takes about 20 minutes using the included toolkit and manual.
