Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your reformer or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts, straps, and components are included.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  For large equipment, we will coordinate a specialized courier for pickup; for smaller accessories, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
